About Me
I’m a Senior UX Designer with 15+ years of experience across enterprise and consumer software, including logistics, healthcare, technology, mobile, and internal tools.
My recent work focuses on complex enterprise applications: research, prototyping, usability testing, design systems, high-data interfaces, and translating vague business needs into usable product direction.
Operating Lane
I’m strongest where the problem is messy: unclear workflow rules, fragmented systems, stakeholder ambiguity, legacy constraints, and teams that need a visible model before they can align.
Portfolio Command
A connected operating system for property, tenancy, financial, capital, and maintenance workflows. The case study shows how I translate fragmented operational data into a high-data interface for investigation, prioritization, and decision support.
What it proves
- Complex information architecture across five operating domains
- Linked property, tenancy, financial, task, and capital workflows
- Scenario modeling, exception handling, and decision support
- Front-end-aware prototyping with resettable synthetic data
Property Acquisition Intelligence
An AI-assisted decision-support prototype that converts noisy property listings into sourced evidence, configurable underwriting, hard-reject rules, evidence gaps, and a ranked diligence queue.
What it proves
- Unstructured listing language translated into sourced, confidence-aware evidence
- Hard disqualifiers separated from weighted scoring and financial underwriting
- Unknown facts surfaced as diligence gaps instead of silently treated as positive
- AI-assisted prototyping with source-agnostic production architecture
Control
A stateful real-estate strategy simulation that turns capital allocation, leverage, asset protection, forced appreciation, market shocks, AI behavior, and passive-income progression into a playable decision system.
What it proves
- Rules-based UX across linked financial, asset, risk, and progression states
- Behavior-driven AI opponents with different investment doctrines
- Exception handling across trades, auctions, market shocks, and bankruptcy recovery
- Learning design through visible consequences rather than passive instruction

Work Samples Without NDA Exposure
Most of my recent enterprise work cannot be shown as raw screens or internal artifacts. The safer and stronger presentation is capability-based: what problem type I handled, how I approached it, and what kind of design system or workflow artifact came out of it.
NDA Boundary
Specific internal systems, data, screenshots, customer details, and proprietary workflow logic are not shown. The portfolio focuses on public-safe process, design judgment, collaboration model, and reusable patterns.
Featured Capability Blocks
Capability 01Design Systems & Pattern Libraries
Problem Type
Teams building internal applications often create inconsistent forms, tables, modals, alerts, spacing, and interaction behavior. That inconsistency creates user confusion and design/development rework.
My Role
Audit existing patterns, define reusable UX standards, collaborate with developers and business analysts, document usage, and support adoption through training and troubleshooting.
Public-Safe Proof
- Reusable component and pattern thinking
- Figma / documentation / handoff guidance
- Forms, tables, modals, alerts, spacing, typography
- Accessibility and consistency focus
Capability 02Discovery for Ambiguous Enterprise Work
Problem Type
Leadership or business stakeholders request a new tool, but the real users, pain points, workflows, constraints, and success criteria are not yet clear.
My Role
Lead discovery, align stakeholders, map workflows, identify hidden constraints, prototype directions, and help define a realistic MVP path.
Artifacts
- Stakeholder interview synthesis
- Journey maps and workflow diagrams
- Wireflows and conceptual prototypes
- Phased UX roadmap and MVP framing
Capability 03Enterprise Workflow Modernization
Problem Type
Users work across fragmented systems, repeat manual steps, and rely on inconsistent mental models to complete operational tasks.
My Role
Understand the workflow, identify friction points, simplify decision paths, prototype a clearer interface, and collaborate with engineering to preserve design intent through implementation.
Safer Presentation
I am intentionally not publishing hard metrics or internal screenshots here unless they are fully approved and defensible. The stronger long-term move is to show the process and talk through details live.
